I regret that the request to remove a penalty for late payments when a limited time of 14 days is given for customes to pay has been refused by Go Plc - Malta. This clause is making Go Plc thousands of Euros every month. Companies world wide give 30 days in general for payments to reach them, in order to allow enough time for the consumer to pay. Consumers can pay by Direct Debit - but this is an option not a must. My experience with Direct Debit has been bad and I personally refuse to take up this option for payment. In today's rushed world and travel orientated lifestyle it is imperative that clients are given 30 days before any penalties are charged. Penalties are meant to be charged to clients who do not want to pay and not clients who are not given enough time to pay. Please sign this petition if you agree. Thank you
