Misleading business practices? MLB and their players union should step up to protect their fans. Who else will actually hold Topps accountable?

If the items are purchased directly from the MLB, NFL, NBA, etc... then it should be a very simple process to identify the games in which the item was used.

If It's supposed to be game-used by the player, then Topps had better be using the real deal. Otherwise it's simply just spitting on their consumers.

Transparency will only help your sales. I believe the item should be pictured on the back of the card when possible as well as game specific details.
