Should be a freedom of personal choice, JB or no JB it's whoevers preference to be on whatever iOS they choose, my brother had an i5 iOS 6 , he got a new i6 doesn't know what to do with it hates the OS the i6 is in a drawer & the old i5 is back in use, =our devices leave us to choose our iOS! I paid for the device, let me and others do as we please. Also sometimes one version we may not like. What if we think our device is getting to slow because it's not made to handle newest iOS versions? We'd wanna go back to iOS 8
