This is a must need, I paid for my device. Like everyone else. I should be able to downgrade to any software version I thought ran the best on my phone! especially 4s owners

I 100% agree with this! I paid for the device, I should be the one to decide what iOS version I want to have on it! Secure or not, I'm a grown adult that can choose for myself!
