The community must always be consulted when significant changes to the UGB are under consideration.

Consultation is the key stone to any project. By not doing so is dictatorship! Council members need to be made accountable!

Concerned about the impact on roads, services, facilities and schools. Development is more than building houses.

Totally agree with this petition with regards to having consulation with the effected residents. So much land locked up within the UGB anyway eg Acton.

This is not a well thought out proposal Lauderdale cannot handle more people within its infrastructure

It is inappropriate and irresponsible for the Clarence City Council to make a decision to request the expansion of the Urban Growth Boundary without consulting residents and ratepayers. The Council has no mandate to make this request.
