To commemorate the bicentennial of Leesburg, VA serving as the temporary home for the United States Constitution, Declaration of Independence, and other important documents, the Rt. 15 Bypass should be renamed "Constitution Parkway". This will help celebrate and further Leesburg's historic brand that is experienced by residents and visitors alike.
