I am looking to open a Bridal Consignment store at 12 Eramosa Rd, downtown Guelph. Currently the unit I am looking to occupy is zoned as residential, however it is not ideal for an apartment. I have submitted my paperwork for a Minor Variance Amendment with the city of Guelph which would allow for me to run my business from this location. I would love to have the community's support and backing on this matter.

The building was very run down and was an eyesore for the neighbourhood surrounding it. Renovations and updates have been done to bring back the beauty of the building.

Sixpence Bridal Studio is a consignment bridal store that specializes in the sale of new and pre owned wedding gowns and accessories. We carry a wide selection of designer wedding gowns in a range of sizes, all at a discounted price. Sixpence will also be offering alterations and custom dressmaking for the city of Guelph and surrounding areas.
