We were very disappointed to hear that Bo was leaving. He has built great relationships with my kids and helped them through some difficult times. I am concerned about the upcoming year(s) without him.

As a parent of a special-needs child, we can’t thank Dr. Ricker enough for his incredible leadership and his willingness to personally engage with every student and family possible. I cannot tell you how frustrated and disappointed I was to learn of his resignation, which for parents who stay active in the school, appears to be because people forced him out. Very sad day for Westchester if true.
