I work in Seminole and I believe that the existing Seminole Mall is a Brownfield. I is so empty and is a visual blight in Seminole. We need a new developement on the old Mall sight.

A vacant mall is doing nothing for the city of Seminole. This revitalization is necessary and should be given the opportunity to get some tax breaks too.

I love Seminole. Please redevelop this mall. We need the jobs & a destination to shop. I spend money in St. Pete and Largo because there is no where to spend my money in Seminole.
