Term limits on all Senators and House Representatives. United States Senate Unlimited 6 year terms to be changed to not more than 2 (two) consecutive 6 (six) year terms. House of Representative Unlimited 2 year terms to be changed to not more than 6 (six) consecutive 2 (Two) year terms. Career politicians do not represent the people who voted them in office. Term limits would help eliminate corruption and regain focus on the people who they represent.

Reformers during the early 1990s used the initiative and referendum to put congressional term limits on the ballot in 23 states. Voters in every one of these states approved the congressional term limits by an average electoral margin of two to one.[citation needed]
