The current trend of allowing laws and medical practices be subverted in preference of males and underresearched theories of ‘Gender Identity’ - rather than following the premise of biological reality (there are two sexes and women’s sex based rights must be upheld with this very basic truth at the forefront), statistics on abuse of women and their rights to autonomy and dignity is quite frankly insidious. Women’s spaces are for women - adult human females. We are not a costume to don, an idea of feeling inside a mans head or any other such nonsense. Our sex is the cause of discrimination - the reason we need to continue to safeguard women’s spaces and beyond that our identities are individual and varied.

TIM’s don’t want equality with women as they cannot fully understand the sex based protections and rights our daughters, sisters, mothers and grandmothers need. They have no business representing biological females or speaking upon issues that do no affect them.

Women fought for the right to,single sex spaces we should not be giving them away to men who identify as women.

It is so important that women's voices are heard on this.

Women and girls are oppressed and disadvantaged because of their biological sex. Humans are made male or female at conception which is observed - not assigned at birth. We cannot change sex. We must be allowed to accurately and factually define what a woman/girl is to form policies for equality of outcome for women and girls. Single sex spaces, including toilets, refuges and changing rooms etc must be preserved for the safety, dignity and privacy of women/girls. Women’s sport must be kept for women/girls to ensure safety, equity or access and fairness in competition. Girls matter.

Women’s sex based rights should not be overwritten by trans rights. Single sex spaces and sex segregated sports are crucial to women.

Gender is a social construct. Change society, not bodies.
