I made a similar patition in 2017; 100th anniversary. I received about 1,100 signatures. What was more interesting was the decline messages I received from promenade Catholic scholars. I also sent notes to Russia, never heard from them.

There is not much time left for the Collegial Consecration to be performed before the fulfilment of the Fatima Prophecy. It seems to me that Our Lord and Our Lady left sufficient clues for us to know that the Collegial Consecration will not occur BEFORE 13 June 2029...if it is not done by then a Terrible Fate will befall the Pope and the Church.

our Blessed Mother was CLEAR. She specifically asked for Russia. "The world" did not complete the command, as it was done to avoid naming Russia due to political pressure. Our Lady didn't want a consecration kinda... she wanted RUSSIA and RUSSIA alone.
Name Russia! Consecrate Russia! Do as Our Blessed Mother asked.
