It needs to be on the same day, not necessarily the same hour, according to what I understood. Each bishop must do it from his own cathedral or in the best place he can.

May my heart and each heart accept the message of our Lady of Fatima. Change our lives and say the Rosary and do penance daily to ease the pains of Jesus her Son and to finally experince His great love for all of us.

Only you have the power to do this Holy Father! Please obey the most Holy Virgin and the mandate from heaven and save the church and the world! The consecration of Russia is long overdue and as Catholics we just cannot understand why the Popes have still not complied with what the church itself confirms to be authentic revelation to Lucia at Fatima. Pope John Paul II's consecration of the whole world is not what Our Blessed Mother advised. "RUSSIA" must be consecrated to her Immaculate Heart.
