I am filling out this petition to see if the courts would grant me permission to be around my fiance's children. Yes I understand my felony and everything that goes with it. I made a mistake 6 yrs ago by doing what I did. It was a one time thing it will never happen again. I have too much to lose from it. My fiance is having trouble finding a babysitter who will watch her 4 children so she can come visit me. We can't rely on anyone to watch them and those can't schedule around us to babysit. If the courts could grant me this my fiance and I would be able to live a normal life. I don't even think of what I done in the past any more. I have learned my lesson. I went to counseling at Tri-County Health Center in St. Clairsville, Ohio. And yes I did get in trouble for being around her kids and went to county and E.O.C.C for more counseling. I didn't re-offend or nothing to that matter. I was just being a father to my fiances children. Speaking of that. Her children don't even have a father.
