This state has already 100% violated multiple aspects of the constitution, this needs to stop immediately. We are a constitutional republic for a reason, so nobody's rights can be taken away yet here we are. It is time we stand up for our rights before we dont have any to stand for

Though the state may have it's own intentions, the right of the people, a free people, to be free of unwarranted and unreasonable searches shall not be violated no matter how great of an emergency the state of affairs may be. If we are ever willing to give up our liberties as free people for a false sense of security, we truly don't deserve either.
