Ty they should at least try it for a few years. Reports gave shown that it decreases prison rapes, calms the anger and frustration a bit and gives positive motivation. I added to the petition how in Venezuela and Brazil wives and gf are allowed to have them. I want us to have our honeymoon in there then when he comes home we can have a real one! We have loved each other for so long we should get a chance to enjoy our marriage since we are getting married in there.
