Congressman Tom Reed (R, NY23): Defend free speech now.
Citizens have a Constitutional right to petition their government.
This is a call for Congressman Tom Reed (R) to defend the Constitution- as is his solemn oath as a United States Congressman. We call on Tom Reed to stand up for the protection of free speech as granted in the Constitution.
We call on Tom Reed to clearly state that the attacks on WYSL -and its radio host Bill NoJay- are unfounded and protected by the First Amendment to our country’s Constitution.
Congressman Tom Reed has a patriotic duty to speak up and defend Bill NoJoy and WYSL’s free speech. Tom Reed needs to stand up and be the leader of conservative principles we elected him to hold true.
It is wholly unacceptable that he has remained silent and has not had the principled patriotism to defend this free speech. Thus far, Congressman Reed is failing to defend the Constitution as we elected him to do.
