We the People are petitioning our national government - the united States Congress (both the House of Representatives and the Senate) to enact the following: 1) Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the united States that does not apply equally to the Senators and Representatives; and, Congress shall make no law that applies to the Senators and Representatives that does not apply equally to the citizens of the United States. 2) Congress shall have no special traveling privileges or exemptions. All members of Congress shall fly commercial and go through the same security measures as the People they represent. 3) Congress shall implement a parliamentary rule that requiring that all bills concern a single, discrete topic. 4) Senators and Representatives shall not vote for a bill which they have not read in the entirety themselves. 5) No Senators or Representative shall vote on any legislation which cannot be supported by the Constitution. 6) Congress shall have a balanced budget. 7) Congress shall sunset the Patriot Act.
