ALL Representatives must have their primary residence inside of the district they represent. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All Representatives should be required to declare all sources of income for themselves and their spouses. That information should be public.

I feel 1 year free pension after this time it gives the person time to settle affairs and make changes in his life, I agree with everything else not fair. It’s like being elected and now your part of some special club on the tax payers dollar
