This is the way it should be. Taxpayers should not have to pay for someone to do nothing and Congress should not be able to vote themselves a pay raise at taxpayers expense. That is a criminal exchange rate.

All Americans should be held to the same laws and standards, regardless of their status as members of Congress. Actually, members of Congress should be held to an even higher standard, not acting like their own special, exclusive club. I love this Act. The only people who would not vote for it are the members themselves!
