Whereas the Congress of the United States is currently moving toward major healthcare reform, and, Whereas, currently, memebers of the Congress of the United States have exempted themselves from personal participation in any federal health care plan they pass, We the undersigned, as citizens of the United States and as those affected by any health care legistion, demand that any federal health care legislation passed include a provision requiring the participation of every member of the Senate and the House of Representatives in said program.
