Whereas congress has entered on a course of action to force changes in how doctors, hospitals, pharmacies and other health care organizations operate their businesses.Whereas businesses in the health care field are privately owned and operated.Whereas the federal government has no power given it by the constitution to control private industry.Whereas the vast majority of Americans, who work for a living and are legal residents of the USA, have no desire for the federal government to control our health care.

We DEMAND that congress stop all new legislation that would control any private enterprises engaged in health care or control health care professionals.
