Sad when you think a disability is a joking matter. How ignorant of you. Get educated on the seriousness of food allergies. My child should not have to grow up in a world where we find this a joking matter something that he has no choice but to live with. Did getting laughs help fill your ego??

There is nothing funny about ANYONE dying from exposure to a life threatening allergen, especially when it can be prevented by others making the choice to be informed, caring and compassionate.

This makes me so mad ! Mr.Lopes as a Latina mother of a child with severe peanut and treenuts allergy, your ignorance amazes me! I suggest to you to next time step in my shoes next time I go visit my family in Brazil! And as it happens last time my kid started puking and having severe diahrea, and I was praying and constantly thinking this is it ... thank God was just a 24 hour stomach bug and he recovered , but the fear and preparation to go anywhere can be exhausting! But not I will not allow your ignorance or any other people for that matter or my fears to limit what my Son can do or go!!! I invite you to come to my house and spend a day in my shoes specially with school starting . You are the only one selfish and close minded one here !!!!!
You're words are not funny. My child can die at any moment, any day from food you don't have to worry about. It's NOT a joke. Shame on you. You walk a mile in our shoes, then we will see who's joking.

Having a peanut allergy is life altering and makes every day a challenge for the sweet child, like my own Seeing your child react just from touching a food is no laughing matter. Let's teach our kids empathy and compassion instead of intolerance and bullying.
