This is a disgrace to humanity. Food Allergies affect 2 children in every US classroom today and food allergies do not discriminate. It's all a joke until you or someone you love is affected by this incurable medical condition.

We stumbled onto Mr. Lopez's YouTube video last night. How horrifying it was to watch such a mean-spirited rant against food-allergic people while sitting with our severely peanut-allergic teenager. We had always enjoyed Mr. Lopez's comedy in the past and were deeply saddened to hear him spout such cruel, ill-informed opinions in the guise of entertainment. Yes, African-American, Caucasian, Asian, Naive American, and even Latinx people have life-threatening food allergies, and they have to navigate this kind of ignorance and public ridicule every day. The disbelief he is spreading with these comments could end up costing someone a life. Mr. Lopez should educate himself on the subject of food allergy: some good sources of information include the Centers for Disease Control (https://www.cdc.gov/healthyschools/foodallergies/index.htm) and FARE (www.foodallergy.org) And Mr. Lopez owes the food allergy community an apology: millions of Americans who have food allergies (estimated by researchers at over 15 million) deserve one.

I love George as a comedian. I’ve supported him for over twenty years He need to be educated about food allergies. He need to apologize.

We have to plan travel around the allergy and fly with fear and a joke is make if it? Not acceptable, these allergies are life threatening.

What a shame! You could use your game to bring awareness, how dare you!!! My daughter could die at any moment from her anaphylactic peanut allergy. What a disgrace you are!!!

I have almost died from peanuts...please apologize... this is lethal to people. Research what you are saying..it isn’t a joke!! Some people may believe you... please do some research on this now!!! We are trying to stay alive it is no joke! Thank you.

If someone dies because of his reckless comments I hope they sue him right and center. The lack of compassion and care is horrible and I will for one NEVER attend any of his shows / and will strongly recommend everyone from supporting this man

This is an outrage. My son can DIE from nuts at any moment, at any time of day or night. He is a human being that has equal rights to live. This man needs to apologize and get retrained in his art to find out what is actually funny versus what is bullying.

George Lopez offends millions who live with life-threatening nut allergies. He needs education and understanding of this severe problem which as of now has no cure nor prevention. He should have more compassion and use his platform for good like spreading awareness and fundraising for research on allergies/cure instead of attacking people with this medical condition.
