The pools in CdA are a great asset but are only usable for a maximum of 4 months a year. For permenant tenants, those that holiday during 'off season', and the sports groups (aqua aerobics) having heated pools on the resort would be great. It would also extend rental season which in turn would create business within the resort resulting in increased custom for the onsite keyholding services, bars, restaurants, sports coaching, golfing etc.
Potential Income: Charges could be made for 'outsiders' to use the pools. Donations could be generated towards it by the businesses listed above or by the off season users?
Ideally - we could start by retro fitting two/three pools that are strategically located throughout the resort (perhaps, on Jardines who have the most responders to this petition?). Sign up and see if we can make it an all year round resort!!!!

I spent the morning walking through the resort and the empty, freezing pools are a constant reminder of why this change is overdue. Many of you have reached out to share how much longer your stays could be if the water were actually usable, and your personal stories are keeping me going.

Seeing this level of support for warmer pools makes me hopeful that we can finally enjoy our resort throughout the entire year. It is clear that so many of you share my frustration with empty water during the cool months and I am energized by the momentum we have built together.

LONG OVERDUE. Why pay for a pool you cant use 8 months of the year???
YES PLEASE. i spend my winters here and just want to swim. it would be so much better for everyone
Even just one or two pools would be amazing for the aqua classes. Its too cold now for anyone to join in.
My kids love to swim but the water is way too cold. Please fix this soon.
Ridiculous that we have these great pools but they are like ice blocks half the year. Heated pools would bring so much more life to the resort in the winter months.

Great idea. Would definitely help with rentals too. Being able to advertise heated pools would attract a lot more people in the off season.
