No more building off Northshore!!! The infrastructure in this corridor can not safely support anymore traffic into this area.

Leave the little bit of wilderness in the city alone. I regularly hike run the trails with my dog. And yes I have had my car broken into and my wallet stolen in the parking lit.

This is not wanted in our neighborhood… The people of old Concord do not want this. There is enough boat traffic as it is and noise pollution

There is a reason wealthy people buy land. Space and quiet is restorative. Open spaces in populated areas indicates true wealth. Further development along Concord Road and surrounding areas a) diminishes individual and collective (Farragut/Knox County) property values, b) erodes environmental sustainability/standards, c) jeopardizes already fragile ecosystems and the animals who live there, d) further demonstrates the lack of imagination of local resource and development planners for Knox County. Keep this area for community use, keep what remains of open spaces. Keep property values for community members who have invested in the area not developers looking for quick returns with no investment in the area. County should post traffic, environmental impact studies (EIS), cost benefit analysis, and risk assessments for this project(s).

The Knoxville planning commission has nothing but greed on their minds and should be fired. They are destroying this area. Take a good look at the disaster that is now Nashville! Please do not allow this to be done to Knoxville as well!

I use this park weekly. I walk the trails. I take my 2 dogs and spend quality time there.
