Dear Management of Aria at Willowick Park,

It has come to our attention that the very face of our apartment complex is about to change.

When we first came here, the first thing we saw was a reassuring and welcoming smile of a concierge. We expected this service as a part of the lease when we sight up for it. Moreover, we take it as an implied warranty of habitability here, which also includes, having all the refreshments available timely, help us request a repair ASAP, letting our guests in and so much more.

We can not imagine living in Aria without a proper concierge service. Not only it changes the whole representation of the management company, it makes the building look cheap by trying to substitute concierge.

We kindly request you to reconsider the change and let us keep our dear concierges for us as they are the ones who help us the most in a timely fashion. We are certain that you can find the way to optimize the expenses in another way, perhaps, by making the leasing office staff more efficient in other areas.
