I am very dissaponted as i applied all the supplementaly post for 2025 for Ohangwena region and i was not invited by any like they use to do it before. I called the HR and they told me i am not qualified. I graduated 2023 and ever since they use to shorlist me but this year things has changed and no formal communication was made apart from circular 3 of 2024 which was not signed. All the vacant posts i am seeing now is for grade 1-3 which they said we are not qualified for. I think if the school has such vacant, they filled it up with an employed teacher to create employment for others inorder to exclude us. When are we going to get job if they keep doing this? We paid for our studies in order to get jobs but the ministry is now eliminating us.

The old circular must be followed. Else they must refund our money. We can't waste our money just like that.

This circular us so dissaponting, I suggest that it must not be valid to all the graduate who have graduated already, following the caurse's and the believe that we are qualified to teach grade 0-3.

If the ministry is rejecting to recruit early childhood and pre primary diploma holders , they must put ECD to the ministry of education so they will fill the vacant for pre and ECD. Each school should have a kindergarten under ministry of education.
