All qualifications re equal ,What is qualified cannot be disqualified without being fairly considering the affected people, therefore the ministry of education should answer us and let us be qualified teacher for 0 to 3, according to act 3 of 2019

Anyone that did level 7 is a qualified grade 1,2 and 3 teacher. So credit should be given to the people it's dued to.
