Where are they going to park? On the street?? Good luck with that after 3 ft of snow and streets are already jamed . 39 bed's and only 9 parking spaces ok.

This is a terrible idea for this neighborhood! Putnin mixed use housing; singles, duplexes, tri's. Not one big obnoxious rooming house!

Our residence is at the back of the church and we are totally against Northland's conception of a 39 bed rooming house for our block and neighborhood!
