Living with enough limits it's hard to live without transportation especially when you can't get around that good anyway we need more than a few rides sometimes

Do not raise the cost of TAP and RAP trips and reduce the frequency. It is not fair to people needing access to transportation.

Please don't cut the TAP and RAP rides to a limit of 30 a month. I depend on RAP for my independence to get around the Chicagoland area. Also don't raise the RAP fare from $2.00 to $3.25 per ride.

I feel that the tap program should change rides to 4 daily from 8! This would eliminate potential over use. Also stricter rules in order to receive all services should be instilled. Proven doctor order for services!

I regularly use the TAP program for transportation and service cuts as they are proposed would cause me a great deal of hardship. I implore you to reconsider your proposal and offer more monthly rides.

Please do not cut our TAP benefits. Especially with the extreme weather changes. People will not be able to travel to and from all of their doctors' appointments.

This makes no sense. At the very least, it should be two trips per day.

My suggestion is to find another way to deal with the budget short fall. It doesn't make sense to not be able to have a return trip.

The reduction in RAP and TAP would certainly take away a lot of our independence, as many people with disabilities would not be able to travel anywhere for various reasons. I believe most riders would rather hav fares raised than losing our much-needed transportation services. This issue needs much more input from the blind and disability communities before any further action is taken.

While the need for budget cuts everywhere is understood, these abrupt and quite drastic changes represent an undue burden on users, especially if used to get to work and back every day., plus an extremely small number of trips necessary for life.

Changes to this program are extremely restricting, and I would urge that public comment from users/people with disabilities be requested and considered thoroughly before changes are adopted.

Rap needs to be expanded, not limited to 30 rides a month. It is already hard to find a UZURV in the near suburbs (North Riverside). I've had UZURV rides canceled multiple times because no driver was available and TAP rides cannot initiate in the suburbs.

Many of us need this transportation to get to work, medical appointment, shopping, and just every day errands.

These programs are vital! Cuts will cause much harm.
