Although I am all for rehab and know people who have successfully gone off drugs because of rehab, a residential area close to schools is not the right place.

I believe that this is an inappropriate location for a facility of this type. Also, I am concerned about the apparent lack of transparency and possible deception that seems to be involved. If it was originally presented as a owner-occupied residence, and neighbors were not informed of the true nature of the property, I believe that this facility should not be permitted in this location.

3011 Frances is unacceptable for our little town. It’s a bad thing for La Crescenta and the neighborhood. No businesses should be allowed in a residential area. Find another place.

I don't live near that street but live in La Crescenta.... that does NOT belong in a residential area, above Foothill, on a quiet street. I would be FURIOUS if that were on my street!
