Concentrix investigation

This is so wrong let family's without money for weeks on end and in some cases not been able to feed there children what has our country turned in too descrase!!!!!

I've been left for weeks because of these people struggling to feed my children

This is disgusting what they have done, my self and children have been with out now for 6 + weeks, as well as emotion stress and strain I am under, I am loosing my house, we have had to starve, beg and borrow, all for what ??? Useless company's who thinks it's their God given right to do as they please, I'm mentally, physically and emotionally drained and can't take no more, all the money I am down and out of pocked with, they need shooting the people who are responsible for what they have done and created

appaling mismangement, ridiculous accusations and a "help" line that does not in fact get answered!

Ave had no payment in 7weeks

Been left on my arse by this uneducated company still not even close to being sorted. 6 weeks and counting. No communication no nothing. What ever happened to innocent until proven guilty?

It's an absolute disgrace to turn backs on hungry kids and families, which unnecessarily are dragged into poverty even more, loosing their home like my three year old and myself are facing atm. Vile!

Concentrix and hmrc left me to run a house and feed 3 children, one of which needs formula milk and two of them are in nappies. My daughter had to wear last year's uniform. I have no family to bail me out and my local council don't offer any help. Neither concentrix nor hmrc cared about this. I was spoken to so rudely and made to feel like a criminal. Me and my children wernt able to eat properly. I am disgusted especially as I battle daily with my mental health. This has been soul destroying.

Definitely need answers and compensation

I've had the worst 6 weeks of my life having all money stopped including housing benefit I could loose my home, I suffer with bipolar I'm not eating sleeping, trying to drag myself to act a responsible adult for my children, crying all every day, starving myself so my children can eat, this company concentrix is making my life a living hell!!!! How dare they do this to us all.

8 weeks I have been waiting for an explanation, I've explored all avenues. Lost my god, nearly £1000 in debt with nursery and I'm in the process of loosing my home because of this stupid company! We need answers and so kind of compensation

I am disgusted with what this company has put my family and other families through! I'm still none the wiser as to what is happening or when I will get paid.!

Disgusting in this day and age parents have to choose between bills or food!! Innocent hard working parents being discrimated against unlawfully.

7 weeks with no payments and no response from concentrix. no idea what's happening as I can't even get through to them. what a joke.

They need investigating for the pain and poverty they have put people in.

My tax credits have been unfairly stopped for 8 weeks now. Concentrix claim I have an undeclared partner and the first letter that sent to me was never delivered at my address.

Im signing because im in this situation and know of loads of others mums too. Its an absolute disgrace that mums r going weeks without pay. Im living on 48 pound a week its outrageous

I have not done anything wrong and have the proof, yet i am in living hell trying to feed and keep a roof over mine and my 6yr olds head. I cringe every time she mentions her Birthday or christmas. Living Hell just because Concentrix cant properly send a letter or answer their phone.,

It's ridiculous ! I've been calling for months n still no better off! Waiting 9 weeks! Obviously the two companies aren't working together! Restate ppls money n do ur own investigations!!
