Totally agreed with the facts in this petition. It should be up to individual member decision. It is definitely not compatible with walking golf culture of the club.

The compulsory requirement for members to engage caddy when using buggy should be dropped completely & immediately.
Course Marshall should ensure players repair divots & rake sand & warn players for non compliance with club rules. Understand this is being successfully practiced by JGCC
