I would love to see compost bins in the LSC and maybe even eventually all across CSU campus. Thank you :)

I have been wondering why there aren't compost bins in the LSC. It seems like a real waste to not provide that option and education on it's proper use. Perhaps for the first week or so there could be volunteers standing by during peak hours to help students understand what goes in what bin and how to dispose of each item properly. They did that at a festival in Austin one year and it was a game changer.

Absolutely we need to compost as much as possible, though we need to compost correctly too. I'll be curious to see the proposed implementation. Great step forward no matter what.

Compost is hot, the landfill is not. We are good stewards, at least that's what I thought?

This would be beneficial not only to the students of CSU, but to the community as a whole.

If CSU is going to boast how much they support the environment, students should be given the option to do as much as they can!
