It would be terrific to have a loop and not have to be right on the road. It would show that candor is dedicated to the safety of its residents pursuit of health and fitness.

There is a lot of pedestrian traffic on the route 96 part of the loop. Their safety is paramount. A sidewalk here is extremely necessary to keep people safe.
