Morehead Hill neighborhood. We need to slow down Vickers Ave and encourage bicycle transportation on this road.

Creating and investing in alternatives to vehicular transportation is both cost effective and environmentally the correct way for Durham to 'move' forward.

No 'city' should have streets within a school walking zone, that have no sidewalks. Durham does. And I, along with many other families, have to negotiate this street every day/twice a day while taking our children to school.

Long overdue. One goal should be to remove NCDOT from local control. Also, smaller buses - both school and City - with adequate driver training implemented. And how about some enforcement of speed limits: Perhaps something for a new Chief of Police to prioritize.
