We are putting this news in this forum to showcase the reality of current project status of Nirmal Lifestyle Kalyan Pvt Ltd. There is absolutely no progress on many buildings.
Overall project is in very bad shape. People have registered flats in 2009 and still the flats have not been handed over to them in a position that they could live there. The dream house is now remain only in dream, people are homeless and paying EMI and rent and waiting for dream homes.
There are no signs of possession soon and this is causing loss of opportunity to many. They are also insisting on a 3 year lock-in period post possession.
In the initial phase, cancellation charge was token amount ( around 1%). Now they are asking for 4% cancellation charge for the flat they have not even started constructing nor even got approvals and have used our money for many years.
We just want our money back with interest to cover up the opportunity cost that we have lost by trusting and booking a flat in the Kalyan Project of Nirmal Lifestyle Kalyan Pvt Ltd.

The volume of support has now reached a level that allows us to secure legal counsel for a formal demand letter. I am currently organizing the documentation for a meeting with a consumer rights attorney to discuss our path toward recovering principal investments and interest.

I am also victim of nirmal lifestyle kalyan project building name spirit flat 101 we booked in 2009 for first 4yrs no work they work for 1 yrs only again Exton. Date 2018 we are paying emi Moe than 5 yrs we buy new home as nirmal didn't give delivery of our kalyan home
I booked an apartment in 2014 in One Spirit project Mulund ,Mumbai that they cancelled in July 2017 and provided us PDC which have all bounced. There are many more people like me who I know.
I Booked my flat in March 2014 in Nirmal Lifestyle Kalyan Pvt Ltd .As per my agreement they had to give possession by Dec 2017 but now they are saying it will take more 5 - 6 years & whatever they have promised to give (Dream Township) not 1% of township is there.
I have my flat in 2010. Its been 7 years now but still have not got the possession. Builder has taken 95% money from me anf I have been paying bank loan Emi's since 7 years.. Kindly take some action against these con builder Regards, Nitin
Booked in 2012 Rivera b.. paid 50% of amount .. was informed possession in 2015... when approached did not have an answer. Wanted me to register the property ... it's 2017 now no sign of development ... my money is stuck my dreams are shattered ... need the money back from these cheaters with interest

I have purchased flat from nirmal lifestyle kalyan in the project name Glory flat no 906 A and till date I have paid 91% but it's not clear when I will get possession. My demand is possession of my flat as soon as possible but possession means complete flat with CC/OC.
