The aim of this petition is to collect signatures so that an official complaint can be made to the Charities Commission about how the RSPCA are failing the Animals they are supposed to protect & to let the RSPCA know that we, the public who they depend on for donations are not happy at their neglect. There are many examples of this all over the country. Many people have already written to the RSPCA and received no replies.
