A four mark question and a 5 mark question that were in the question paper is not part of the scheme.

In all fairness, AQA should consider how we innocent, young, hardworking students have dedicated our time to studying for this exam. I completely comply the fact that the grade boundaries should be lowered. Imagine if one of these students was your child or relative, an you were one of the AQA committees, how would you feel? All we are doing is pleading for the grade boundaries to be lowered, we deserve to rewarded with the right grades, as majority have worked so hard. I would be more than grateful if our request is granted. Thank You, God bless us all.

It is very unfair that we were given A level questions. It was a GCSE exam, some of the terms such as 'anomie' or something, weren't even in any of the GCSE text books. This is wrong, and unfair. Grade boundries MUST be lowered...

Most of the questions on the papers were about A-level concepts we hadn't been taught, how could I possibly have been able to answer questions about concepts not in any of the revision guides?

The exam had A-Level keywords that isn't on the GCSE curriculum

My daughters exam contained A level terms in her GCSE causing her significant difficulties in answering the questions. I feel this is not acceptable and that the grade boundaries should be changed across the board to reflect this.

Ridiculous how a 4 mark question was not meant to be taught at GCSE....

Seriously. Anomie. How were we supposed to know what that was? I, along with everyone else in my school sitting that exam, had never heard of this word! It was also not mentioned in the main revision guide available (Collins GCSE Sociology) What about us? How is this a fair method of testing when we were tested on something that is not included in the syllabus? Sort yourselves out AQA
