Sat both exams and many or the questions were not covered in the 2 year course. Was really disappointed that the exam did not reflect a lot of what we had learnt.

I feel angry and disappointed with the exam board as two years worth of effort and revision were wasted in today's exam, due to questions that weren't even in the specification! How do you expect students to answer questions that aren't in the textbook written by the exam board and in the specification for teachers to teach us? For a sociology paper I feel like it's effected my life chances as I might not do well on this paper and can not continue with sociology in further education. My education is now ruined, thanks a lot AQA!

Unit 1 was atrocious, even my Sociology teacher was appalled the next day with his realisation of the test. You should absolutely lower the grade boundaries for that unit however although I found unit 2 relatively easier that was because I had done some extra research online and learned the alevel key terms this luck differs with other people as they may not of thought of taken Sociology for alevel due to your mistakes with means testing you should Lower the grade boundaries furthermore I am reconsidering taking sociology alevel next year

Many things went wrong with the exam, what is an anomalie? Is that even on the textbook you begs. Why put words that's not even on our syllabus on the exam. I literally just stared at that ALEVELquestion (yes not GCSE) for like 15 minutes. Bourgeoisie want too much, look how hard us students are trying to achieve our status and you man put us down by putting some batty alevel questions. Am i doing alevel sociology though? While revising did i see anomalie?NO. OKAY NO. Secondly, when our head of department calls you up saying why aqa has changed the layout, this was their response "You should've looked at the specimen'' But who looks at that speci- whatever sheet anyways. So you higher ruling classs shitheads have the permission to get your selfish asses up and do something for us, lowering the grade boudaries? Sounds like a good idea. Begs wanting everything to their selves.

I feel incredibly dissapointed. So many students obviously worked really hard towards these exams. If we are to answer A level style questions we should at least be taught it in our specification.
