It's unfair for GCSE students to be given questions that they are not prepared for.

Ridiculous question from AQA. Went and found my sociology teacher straight after who was fuming at the fact that 'anomie' was used as a four mark question. We then tried to find it in my new AQA sociology textbook and couldn't - it wasn't even in there.

Unfairness will ruin people's grades so hopefully this petition will make a difference.

AQA, I really do believe that you are incompetent at being an exam board. You have ruined teachers and students trust with you and I would not be surprised if many schools choose not to use you as an exam board in the future.

I found the test paper to be really hard and unfair to students as most 5 marks Were not in the syllabus this left me gobsmacked in the exam it made me question my intellect and this demoralised me

I feel the papers was quite unfair as the questions asked were not a part of the specification. I know AQA strives to stretch abilities but the information about what i was going to recieve in the exam really should have been included in the specification. I hope to know of the grade boundaries being lowered as it is impossible for me to reach my predicted grade if they are not.. Thanks in advance

This is the first year 11 to have sat the AQA spec at my school and I'm thinking it will be the last! During the course of the year all students sat past exams from your exam board and whilst challenging they were fair based on the content they were expected to learn. As a result morale was high, however the devastation and heart ache that you have inflicted at all the hard work put in by my students is truly unforgivable and you should be ashamed at yourselves. One of the key terms was not even published in a textbook glossary!
