My stepson has revised very hard for this exam and has always done well at this subject. After returning from the exam
He was very concerned at how little he new about the exam
Infront of him. It was not what they had covered at this level of the subject.

Wow clearly see how they want students nowadays to 'pass' , utterly disgraceful I mean I don't understand as to why the questions keep getting harder for students.

I actually what to cry with frustration, this exam was terrible. I knew so much content for this exam and was tested on praticlly none of it.

really disappointed with the questions as I did not revise them because they weren't taught! extremely annoyed as I felt like i've let myself down, as a result of this i want the grade boundaries to lower down because it was not fair at all

I honestly thought the papers were unfair, not only were the keywords that were used not taught, those questions were for ALOT of marks

I revised so hard for this and there was not enough room to put my a* GCSE knowledge in the papers because the questions were a level or not specific enough.

Disappointed that key terms like anomie and content analysis were not mentioned in the endorsed Aqa textbook or any other gcse Aqa book. Felt the paper was far more difficult than previous years.

My sociology students came out of the unit 1 absolutely gutted. They lost confidence in not only their unit 2 but the exam they had the following day. They clearly had questions not in the specification.

That exam was utter nonsense. This is coming from an A grade student! Something must be done.
