This petition is to notify the powers that be at Ebay Inc., that members who participate in their online bulletin boards, are fed up with the unfair moderation being done by Lithium. There is no rhyme or reason for some of the discipline that is being meted out. People are being suspended for innocuous reasons such as discussing topical issues such as the use of marijuana which is much in the news these days.

They are also being disciplined for such things as posting to old threads. If the moderators don't want people posting on old threads, then those threads should have been locked.

The excuses that are being given for these slaps, don't match ANY of the rules for the discussion boards. The moderators are the absolute worse, in all the years that ebay has been providing discussion boards. The discipline is capricious and inconsistent and meted out on the whims of the individual moderators. There needs to be some uniformity in the rules.
