I had to solo the whole raid because nobody seemed to get my help requests, and all the ones I got from friends only appeared once they were already finished/timed out. It was really disappointing considering I was really looking forward to this event.

Love the game, enjoy playing, spend money. Please make things right. Lots of people myself included invested a few bucks to run at this demon. Any bugs that occurred during this event (I will leave the crap draws out of it) should be compensated. Mostly for the F2P players that saved up for this run only not to get what they had hoped for. It takes restraint to save FR and Prysma to go into one of these events and to have the deck stacked against you is wrong and there should be compensation

I could have gotten so much further if my aid requests were actually sent.. I checked on my alternate account every time I sent a request and even got a text box that said "Your aid request has been sent.", yet nothing appeared on my alternate.

The players of Chain Chronicle deserve better, more consistent quality control in this game. Additionally, [any pending compensation debates aside] good customer support would not spam our submitted tickets to the helpdesk with automated, boilerplate responses that neither sympathize with us or go to any length whatsoever to resolve the actual problems being submitted for review. In the short time that Chain Chronicle has been active as a Global branch, we have encountered one problem after another whether it be the ongoing raid related bugs or the false advertisement of available "special" units. If the current team is truly unable to cope with the demands of managing this game properly I strongly suggest looking to hire new employees. As a professional myself, if I were to demonstrate such poor attention to my customer's accounts or in my personal efforts to supply a quality product to them, i am quite certain that such actions would without doubt result in my quick termination from my happy position. Please, sort this franscise out- we the players want to believe in & support you. Give us reason not to lose faith.
