There's simply too much evidence to support the fact that the raid was broken in several ways, and there have been too many recent bugs to just smile and accept it. Gumi is damaging their business.

I didn't even get the vigor fruit as compensation. A vigor fruit isn't nearly enough to compensate the players that poured large sums of money into the raid in the hopes of getting Coropatillon and never saw or heard of anyone getting a gold chest.

Love the game....I'm spending my money to help support the game. To have issues / glitches which interfere with my gameplay in a negative way, which favors your company is unethical.
Also, not to be compensated; which costs you nothing to you to give out a vitual item that does not exist and not to give compensation is unreasonable and bad business practice.
