The demon raid bug happened to me multiple times, but I didn’t even get the cop out compensation. Probably because I only complained about it on the google play review. I am continuing to get bugs on occasion from daily bonus where the items don’t even show up in my items box. I paid a couple times for packages to get me going, but if they do not get this stuff fixed and compensate, I will be quitting this game and no longer spending money.

This is the second time I've spent money on a misleading event: The first being Juliana's removal from the first chain story rate up. I spent $100 pulling for a card that wasn't available even though Juliana WAS ON THE EVENT BANNER.
Now this Coropatillon mess. I've successfully had Google Play refund my purchases made during these fraudulent events. I'm not spending until my trust is restored. It might be too far gone, even if they give everyone Coro x 5.

one time event. no aid request bug absolutely kills the ability to get coins. Really disgusted at how this was handled

I don't understand why Gumi is being so stingy about this. It's just an electronic copy of something they will not have to worry about again. All they have to do is give one copy of Coro to everyone and things would be fine. instead of giving away something that has no real monetary value (which is what the Korean server did, by the way), they continue to devalue their own name and refuse compensation and even lie about their own prior event posts?
