People on various forums are all starting to report that they may be getting a single vigor fruit as compensation for losing out on a one-time demon raid limit break opportunity. And one of the best demons in the game, no less.

This is a great opportunity for you all to come out ahead from a public relations and customer service perspective. We suggest giving people who have scored above Raid level 80-100 a free copy of Coropatillon. You'll make most of the player base happy and stand to lose nothing. If anything you may even gain financially from this as players will play more to level up their copies of Coropatillon. This is a unit that people can't pay prysma to draw for anymore because the event is over. If the pattern of the Japanese server is any indicator, we fear that there will be no such event where Coropatillon is obtainable in the future

There's nothing to lose to give people a copy of the demon, especially if you base it on raid level - these are the people who played long enough to get high level characters, which were supposed to help players advance to higher levels of the raid and in turn increase the chances of a gold chest drop that didn't exist.

Gumi, in the end, this is a business - your business. As we mentioned above, we know what is coming from Japan's version of the game, and therefore the only difference you can make is customer service. Keep in mind we live in the internet age, how you choose to handle this incident/bug will either create a lot of goodwill and reviews toward the future of this franchise, or upset the current player base and worst case scenario people will move on to other games. There's a lot of free to play games out there - you have to distinguish yourselves and show you're better than other companies. Bugs will exist; it's how a company responds to these bugs and their customers that would ultimately determine how long the game will stay alive.

We're signing this because we enjoy and care about the game, but also because we want the game to succeed and continue to enjoy the story line as well as the characters. It's entertainment for us; it's business and profit for you. Please look at this incident from a player's perspective and make it a win-win for everyone, and you can expect to see substantial goodwill and reputation building toward future CC events and installments.
