This petition is for a small compensation as an appropriate response to excuse the poor and inadequate laundry facilities. We have been let down in accordance to areas 3.2 and 3.3 in the student accommodation code which state we should have been given accurate expected response times and to be accurately kept informed of progress and any delays.

I am honestly overwhelmed by how many of you felt the same frustration that I did. This momentum belongs entirely to everyone who stepped up to speak out about these conditions.

been broken for weeks now. nobody tells us anything. fed up.
Ridiculous service. Had to use the laundrette in town for the last month because the machines here are constantly out of order. Refund needed ASAP.
Not only have they not been working, they don’t dry or wash clothes properly either.
Appalling since moving in! Makes me wonder what actually are we paying for!? Awful!
Since the first week of moving in, the laundry services have been appalling. Haven't had much If any use of the hollies laundry room.

Honestly its a joke. Always broken and when it does work it leaves my clothes soaked. paying all this rent and cant even do a wash.
