Horrible launch, awful way to treat 'founders'.

They lied about a lot of things. Or didn't communicate at all.

All reviews state that 4k/60fps was a lie. And they've refused to comment on it so far. This is one of it's main selling points. It's supposed to be better than current gen and it can't match it.

I order on day 1 and am scheduled to receive a week after release.

A main reason for the preorder was to take advantage of choosing a user name before others. Their "guarantee" that those who ordered first would receive their codes first was a lie. My order was shipped and said delivered before their codes started sending out. Resulting in my code being completely skipped, while new orders (not pre orders) have gotten codes already.

I have received my atoms. Where are my bits? People ordering today are reportedly getting their codes whereas us who were promised "access on launch day" are still waiting the day after launch.

It's definitely hard to recommend Stadia when they aren't even treating founders well. I honestly think that this is in the best interest of Google.

It's NOT okay for pre-orders to have no access to the service on Day 1
